Who is Kristine...
I am an empathic lightworker here to serve humanity through multiple modalities, including 1:1 Coaching, Human Design, and Addiction Life Coaching.
My background and education is in teaching and counseling. I’m also a licensed massage therapist with extensive background knowledge in health and wellness practices.
My life consists of a spiritual practice that includes prayer, meditation, yoga, daily saunas, and healthy lifestyle choices.
